Speed camera flashed when doing under the speed limit?
Hello,
Today I noticed in my rear view mirror that a GATSO speed camera flashed twice behind me when driving away from the camera. I was doing around 56mph in a 60mph and I have a tracker fitted that can tell me the speed I was doing at various points. The problem is that the tracker did not place a point with a speed on it so I cant really prove anything other than the other points that were quite a way away from the speed camera. all points were under the limit. The problem is i’m worried that the camera flashed at me and I will received points on my license and £60 fine. I was doing around 57mph at the time it went off. Any help?
The road markings will show you were not the one that set the camera off when they look at it. Don’t worry about it.
